Covention Center Workout Routine

Hola Chic@s!

Hey guys happy monday! Are you ready to sweat and work those legs! I have the most uncomplicated routine ever, for whenever you feel like being outdoors in our beautiful San Diego at the convention center stairs.

Don’t forget to warm up before you start the 100 stairs journey.

1. Jog up the stairs (or walk your choice)

2. Sumo Squat (20x)

3.  Jog up the stairs (or walk your choice)

4.  Jumping Jacks (20x)

5.  Jog up the stairs (or walk your choice)

6. Regular Squats (20x)

7.  Jog up the stairs (or walk your choice)

8. Leg Raise 180 degree angle (20x)

9. Leg Raise 90 degree angle (20x)

10. Alternate leg

11. Regular Squats (20x)

12. Repeat 4 times

Don’t forget to stretch at the end of your routine and be prepared to be sore.for days!
